Cancelling a service with TrentaHost is quick and easy! All cancellations are processed automatically through our billing portal to make sure the request comes from the account owner.

Steps to Cancel:

Log in to your billing account.

From the top menu, click Services → My Services to see all your active services.

Click on the service you want to cancel.

On the left menu, click Actions → Request Cancellation.

Enter a short reason for your cancellation, then hit the red "Request Cancellation" button.
⚠️ Note: If you pay via recurring PayPal subscription, you’ll need to cancel it directly in your PayPal account. We do not provide refunds for recurring PayPal payments.
