How to Access Your Email via cPanel Webmail

How to Access Your cPanel Webmail

You can access your email inbox (Webmail) in two ways:

  • Through your client portal (WHMCS)
  • Directly through cPanel

Option 1: Access Webmail via WHMCS (Client Portal)

This is the easiest method if you are already logged into your billing account.

  1. Log in to your client portal.
  2. From the top menu, go to Services > My Services.
  3. Click on your active Hosting Service.
  4. Click the Login to cPanel button.
  5. Once inside cPanel, scroll to the Email section.
  6. Click Email Accounts.
  7. Locate the email address you want to access.
  8. Click Check Email.
  9. Select your preferred Webmail application, such as Roundcube.

Option 2: Access Webmail Directly

If you want to access Webmail without first logging into WHMCS, you can do so directly.

Method 1: Direct Webmail URL

  1. Open your browser and go to:
    https://yourdomain.com/webmail
    or
    https://yourserverhostname.com/webmail
  2. Enter your full email address as the username.
  3. Enter your email password.
  4. Click Log in.
  5. Select your preferred Webmail application, such as Roundcube.

Method 2: Through cPanel

  1. Log in to cPanel at:
    https://yourdomain.com:2083
  2. Enter your cPanel username and password.
  3. Navigate to Email Accounts.
  4. Find the email address you want to open.
  5. Click Check Email.
  6. Choose your preferred Webmail application.

Troubleshooting

  • Forgot your email password?
You can reset it from Email Accounts inside cPanel.
  • Webmail is not loading?
Try using the server hostname instead of your domain.
  • Login is not working?
Make sure you are using the full email address as the username.
