Why is my order being marked as fraud?

In order to fight with credit card fraud and offer our customers a secure & abuse free service we are using an enhanced fraud detection system named Maxmind. Sometimes Maxmind might flag legitimate orders as fraudelent. In this case please make sure you follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you are not using an open proxy or VPN when placing your order.
  2. Provide correct address details. Make sure you provide the billing address of where you currently live. For example if you live in China and your credit card billing address is USA, enter your Chinese address.
  3. Make sure you provide your correct phone number where you can be reached. We have an automatic phone verification system.
