      Due to the issues that occured earlier today where clients were randomly getting blocked by the firewall and were unable to access the site, we have implemented a new feature. From now on all clients who have an active webhosting account will have access to the "Unblock IP" feature that give you the power to unblock your IP from the firewall. This feature should only be used if you or your clients or any other services seem to be blocked from the firewall.

      Abuse of this feature will lead to all of your services being terminated without a refund. Please use this feature sparingly as you only have a limited amount of unblocks per month.
