Dear customers,

Due to the recent outages of our Singapore, Amsterdam, and London web hosting servers throughout the last month, sometimes lasting well over a few hours, we have made the decision to shutter the locations [Singapore, Amsterdam & London] and move your web hosting to our flagship Portland, Oregon location in North America. We understand that our global presence was a huge selling point in choosing TrentaHost hence we do not take this decision lightly. Since our inception in 2011, we have had a long-lasting promise to our customers to provide a stable, reliable, and cost-efficient solution and the data centers that operate these locations have been missing the mark.

Our goal is to make the transition process quick and effortless on your part. The migration is planned to begin Sunday, April 2nd, 2023 at 2100HRS EST with an anticipated end time of Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 at 2100HRS EST. Your website should experience an hour of downtime during this window. We will adjust your nameserver IPs to our Portland IPs so you do NOT have to change your nameservers. However, if you use CloudFlare or another DNS you will need to point your domain to (198.12.12.226). You can still change the nameservers to ptl1.trentahost.com and ptl2.trentahost.com if you choose to do so.

Below is the timeline of our updates:

2023 - 04 - 02 2100HRS --- Migration Start

2023 - 04 - 03 0900HRS --- Server Cleanup and Preparation Completed

2023 - 04 - 04 1100HRS --- LONDON WebHosting Server Migration Started
