Dear Customers,

 

       We are performing an emergency migration of our PTL Reseller Node customers to a newly setup Portland Server. The migration was supposed to be scheduled for early June 2021 however in the last 48 hours we've noticed some issues with the hard drives on the server which if left as it may result in further complications or potential loss of information... to avoid this and remain proactive in our approach we have decided towards an immediate migration. The migration will not require any input from your end other then changing the nameservers/dedicated IP's if you use them for any connections ie; Cloudflare / Outlook Email

 

Below is the timeline of our updates:

2021 - 05 - 17 1545HRS --- Impacted customers have tickets created for their migration to follow up with our teams. Customers should use these tickets for the migration and any issues that may arise from it. 

2021 - 05 - 17 1600HRS --- Migration has started from the old server. 

2021 - 05 - 17 2000HRS --- Migration has been completed. All the accounts have been successfully migrated over to the new server.

Please read the below new DNS servers.. you can still continue to use the old nameservers.

USING CLOUDFLARE?

Please access Cloudflare -> DNS and change your IP from OLD IP to THE NEW IP EMAILED TO YOU for every record with the old IP. Otherwise, if you use a Dedicated IP please check your account and switch to your Dedicated IP. 

 

500 ERROR?

If you are getting the above 500 ERROR it means you are missing a PHP option. Please check your error_log and ensure all required php values are enabled with the right PHP version in cPanel under PHP Selector.
