        On March 2nd, 2013 we had noticed that our Paypal & 2Checkout IPN's had stopped functioning. This caused invoices to remain unpaid even after the client made the payment. Thus causing a lot of draw back and confusion for our customers, as they would sometimes make double payments. After working closely with the Paypal, 2Checkout & the WHMCS team we were able to get this problem resolved and our IPN systems back up and functioning once again. We have gone through all the clients who made double payments and refunded one of their payments. We cannot promise that issues like these won't occur in the future. But what we could promise is you being aware of them right when they come to our attention.
