Recently, clients have been complaining to our support staff about the issues with the latest version of NO-IP not installing once downloaded. We have gotten into contact with the NO-IP support team who have provided us with a temporary fix.
You simply have to download the older version V4.0.1 and install that for now. http://www.noip.com/client/DUCSetup_v4_0_1.exe
They are working on fixing the newer version for compatibility issues with Windows Server 2008 and R2 and will email us with a update, at that time we will update you accordingly.
